Cancellation Policy
I ask for a 48-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This is why you receive a text and email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. The amount charged will be based on the service you had booked. I understand life and emergencies happen! Please reach out to me if that is the case.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT 48 HOURS OR BEFORE = ZERO CHARGE
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS OR AFTER = A 50% CHARGE
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT DAY OF, OR NO SHOWING = A 100%
CHARGE
